Our Journey: A Legacy of Natural Beauty and Ayurvedic Wisdom

Roots in Tradition: My Naani (maternal grandmother) instilled in us the power of nature. Her ingenuity in crafting natural makeup, skincare, and medicinal remedies was nothing short of remarkable. From beetroot blush to oil-based eyeliner, potato juice for scars, and fennel seeds for wellness, her resourcefulness knew no bounds. This legacy of natural care sparked a curiosity in my mother, leading her to the ancient science of Ayurveda – a holistic approach to life and health.

A New Beginning: In 1990, amidst her medical studies in India, my mother's life took a turn as she married my father, who resided in the U.S. As she awaited her Green Card, she stayed back to complete her degree. I was born two years later, and soon after, our family's journey to the U.S. began.

Challenges and Adaptation: Upon our arrival, my mother faced a daunting realization – her extensive Ayurvedic knowledge and achievements were not recognized in America. Despite this, she continued to advocate for natural beauty, cautioning me against commercial products and instead sharing her homemade remedies, just as her mother did.

Inspiration to Innovation: Motivated by my mother's wisdom and Naani's legacy, I began to explore how we could integrate plant-based solutions into modern living. Our quest led to the creation of 'Youthful Radiance' – a product epitomizing our commitment to natural, vegan, and cruelty-free skincare. Infused with plant-based retinol, Squalene, Hyaluronic Acid, and SPF 40, this moisturizer is a testament to our journey.
